The arrival picture, without the spreadsheet.
Who is coming, how they arrive, where they stay. Live, as the replies come in.
Your view

It arrives inside your service
The guest pages and emails can carry your logo and colour. Your couples reach it through you.
You get the arrival picture
How many guests arrive through each airport or station, on which days, and how stays spread across areas. Every reply and, where a guest shares them, their arrival, stay and dietary needs. All of it as one data export. Nothing a guest shared only with one other household.
Reminders that do the chasing
Three gentle emails, each showing a guest where they have got to and the one thing to do next, timed and worded with you when the wedding is set up.
How it compares
Side by side.
What a destination wedding needs, against four platforms planners and couples use today.

An arrival film
Their wedding, opening like a film.
A short animated film made for the couple, playing the moment a guest opens their link.
In their words
“It was simple, and it flexed to the way we already work.”
“Setting it up took minutes, and the arrival picture stopped being mine to chase.”
“The matching was the moment it landed. That is the part guests will feel.”
Planners who have walked the demo.
Two weddings, no fee.
Currently taking on a small number of founding planners. Two weddings, no fee, in exchange for a testimonial and a case study.
7 of 10 places left. The offer closes on 31 January 2027.
What it never does
EventRide never books, sells or arranges travel or accommodation, or takes payment for either. It shows an overlap and steps back. Matching is opt in. Full names, contact details, exact arrival times and where each is staying appear only when both households agree. Journey details are deleted within thirty days of the wedding.
Shaped with planners
The problem came from planners rather than from a whiteboard, and the ones shaping it plan weddings from the Aegean to the Atlantic.
Questions planners askFifteen minutes. Not a pitch.
We would like to hear how arrival actually works for your couples at the moment, and show you the demo.
