What it is

One page for the wedding you have been invited to: your reply, how you arrive, where you are staying, and afterwards the album. Your hosts, or their planner, chose it.

Travelling together

If you choose to, you are shown other guests arriving through the same airport, station or port around the same time, or setting off from the same place, so you can travel together. Both sides choose; a no is never shown.

What it never does

It never books, arranges or pays for travel or accommodation, or takes payment for either. It introduces you, and you decide.

Who sees what, in plain words

Your hosts
Your reply, any note you leave them, a gift and its message if you give one by card, and where you sit if they make a seating plan. The postal address your invitation is posted to, if you give one. On their guest list, a mark, never the detail, if your household asks for help getting around. A cot or high chair if you ask for one. Where you are staying only if you choose to show them. If you choose travelling together, who you were matched with and, in general terms, why. They hold your link, so they can open your page as you see it.
Their planner
Your name, your invitation, your reply and your email, a WhatsApp number if you or your hosts give one, your meal and celebration answers, questions you ask, a cot or high chair if you ask for one, and, in their arrival picture, how and where you arrive, on which day and at what time of day. Your exact time and where you are staying, what you need to eat, and what your household needs to get around only if you choose, each its own switch. The postal address your invitation is posted to, if you give one, which they can correct. They hold your link, so they can open your page as you see it. They can also open your hosts’ pages.
Another guest
Before you connect: first names, party size, how they travel, where their journey starts if they said, the arrival overlap, and the area if it is the same as yours. Full names and contact details only once you both agree. Anything you add to the shared album.
Nobody else
Nothing is ever sold, or used or shared for advertising. Journey details are deleted within thirty days of the wedding.

The full privacy notice is on the wedding page itself, and it is the one that counts.
