EventRide

The guest-experience platform for weddings

One code. One page. Every guest.

Six steps, from the envelope to the album.

One · The way in

The invitation points here.

Each guest opens their page from the link or code on their save the date or invitation. No account, no password. EventRide can design both, or carry the couple’s own.

The wedding's front door on a phone: the couple's names, the dates, the place, and a field for the guest's code.

Two · The reply

Who is coming, name by name.

Each person on the invitation is marked coming or not, and the household says how to reach them.

The reply screen on a phone, with a card for each person and how to reach the household.

Three · The journey

How they arrive.

Flying, by train, by ferry or driving; which airport, station or port; which day and roughly when. A return journey if they like.

The journey screen on a phone, with cards for getting there and the return journey.

Four · Travelling together

Guests going the same way.

Guests arriving through the same airport, station or port, or setting off from the same place, at a similar time, are shown to each other. Where the wedding allows it, so are guests driving themselves on the same day and staying in the same area. Both sides choose, a decline is never shown, and when both agree they share the journey between themselves.

The Who else is travelling screen on a phone, listing other households arriving at a similar time, with first names, party size and how far their arrival times overlap.

Five · The stay

Where they’re staying.

The place, the area, or simply not booked yet. Where guests stay sets the order of who they see first: the same address, then the same area.

The accommodation screen on a phone: where the guest is staying, and whether the couple may see it.

Six · Afterwards

One shared album.

Opened when the celebrations begin. Every guest adds their photographs; the couple can download them all, and the album stays for 12 months after the wedding. No likes, no comments, no tagging.

The shared album on a phone.

What a match shows

First names, how many are coming, how they are travelling and getting on from where they arrive, where their journey starts if they said, how far your arrival times overlap, and their area if it is the same as yours.

What it never does

EventRide never books, sells or arranges travel or accommodation, or takes payment for either. It shows an overlap and steps back. Matching is opt in. Full names, contact details, exact arrival times and where each is staying appear only when both households agree. Journey details are deleted within thirty days of the wedding.
